Attribution des retards par mois - Toewijzing vertraging per maand - Monthly imputation of delays
Monthly data about incidents (minutes of delay on passenger trains) on Infrabel's network, splitted by responsible entity.
Different entities play a role in trains punctuality. Amongst them, the rail infrastructure management company (Infrabel), the railway undertakings (e.g. the SNCB) and third-parties.
As the autonomous infrastructure and railway traffic manager, Infrabel ensures that the causes of delays are correctly imputed. If one of the entities disputes the responsibility that has been assigned to it, use is made of the neutral arbitration service created by Infrabel for this purpose.
This may result in some occasions in small fluctuations in the figures after the arbitration.
