Ponctualité nationale tenant compte des trains supprimés - Nationale stiptheid gemeten met afgeschafte treinen - Monthly national punctuality accounting for cancelled trains

This punctuality metric gives the monthly proportion of domestic passenger trains that arrive at their destination or - for the trains travelling through Brussel's North-South junction, upon arrival at the first station of the junction on their path, compared to the entirety of domestic passenger trains (operated, cancelled on a portion of their journey or completely cancelled).
